Meredith brings over 20 year of Executive coaching and Strategic consulting experience to Catalyst & Company. Prior to starting her own firm, Meredith held executive HR roles in the Insurance and Financial industries, Higher Education, and non-profit businesses. She provided Human Resources strategy and consultation for Fortune 100 co
Meredith brings over 20 year of Executive coaching and Strategic consulting experience to Catalyst & Company. Prior to starting her own firm, Meredith held executive HR roles in the Insurance and Financial industries, Higher Education, and non-profit businesses. She provided Human Resources strategy and consultation for Fortune 100 companies focusing on Company Culture and Change Management. In 2020, Meredith led a national change management initiative associated with the implementation of Workday®, a national on-demand HR information system which impacted 30K+ employees globally across multiple lines of business. She was appointed to a national task force to create robust employment initiatives aimed at hiring individuals with both physical and neurological disabilities and served as the Diversity Chair for her local SHRM chapter.
An eight-year mentor, Meredith has found great fulfilment in working with American Corporate Partners. She works with veterans and active military service men and women who are looking to transition from active duty into a civilian career.
Leveraging her deep business knowledge and artistic background, Meredith utilizes these experiences to help drive innovation and collaboration among her teams as they respond to an
ever-changing business environment.
